    Abit about therole:

    We arelooking for a Learning and Development Manager who will identifytraining and developmental needs and drive suitable traininginitiatives that build loyalty to the organization. A key aspect tothis role will be to devise the organizational training strategy,oversee its implementation and assess itsoutcomes.



    Requirements

    Yourdaily adventuresinclude:

    Work closelywith the Group Head of Learning and Development and seniorleadership and other cross-functional partners to drive scalableand sustainable learning & development solutions forcorporate functions and business functions (Finance, Strategy,Risk, Technology, Operations & Marketing) that meet theunique needs of each business or audience and promotes andfacilitates a high-performanceculture

    Contribute andlead the overall learning roadmap, including new learning products,innovations, and ad hoc strategicinitiatives

    Coordinateworkforce planning and implementation of the regional Human Capitalresource budget and their benefitrealisation

    Grow a deepunderstanding of the above functions key business drivers andproducts to work with business leaders to identify learning needsand to help inform the design and developmentprocess

    Providestrategic HR Business Partnership advisory to the leadership,directors, and all management teams across the businessecosystem

    Closelymanage the prioritization process to identify and advance thehighest-leverage projects and critical strategic goals andinitiatives for theorganisation

    Manage theentire learning product development lifecycle

    Usehuman-centred design approaches to discover, design and developmeaningful client engagements to ensure the organization has thecapabilities to compete in thefuture

    Actas a change agent: build understanding, and enthusiasm, and useinfluence to gain buy-in from key stakeholders and drive alignmentwithin theorganization

    Build work plansand work closely with cross-functional partners to support anddrive the successful execution and implementation of allsolutions

    Workwith the Data Analytics team to evaluate the product seffectiveness, success, and impact in measurable ways. Leverageanalysis to enhance future strategies andtactics

    Anticipatefuture human capital opportunities and challenges that the SeniorLeaders must address, and develop mechanisms to manage them inadvance

    Communicate acompelling and inspiring vision and clear goals to leadership teamsand equip them to cascade it to all employees with clarity,transparency andmotivation

    Collaboratewith the EXCO members and senior managers to craft anorganizational purpose and culture, which is credibly integratedwith the broader business strategy and socialcontext

    Whatit takes tosucceed:

    Atleast 6 years of work experience as a Learning and DevelopmentManager

    Bachelor sdegree from a recognised university in Business orHR

    Amaster s degree in HR is highlypreferred

    Outstandinginterpersonal, leadership and team workingabilities

    Strongcommercial awareness of financial servicesbusinesses

    Proficiency innavigating competing priorities with speed, agility andflexibility

    ExcellentEnglish languageskills

    Strong culturalawareness andknowledge
