    Description

    Qualifications

    • Excellent knowledge of GSuite,Microsoft Office Suite, as well as MicrosoftTeams
    • Knowledge of task management systembasics (such as Asana)
    • Ability to create andmaintain spreadsheets and documents
    • Documentand present work in a clear and concisemanner
    • Strong attention to detail, with a highdegree of accuracy and excellent organizational skills, bothanalytical and problem solving
    • Must have theability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-drivenenvironment
    • Must be able to maintainprofessionalism and a positive service attitude at alltimes
    • Requires strong communication skills,both verbal and written
    • Must be self-directedand able to complete assignments with limitedsupervision

    Education& Work Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years related projectcoordination experience required
    • Experiencesetting up projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI)standards (helpful)
    • Certificate in ProjectManagement (CAPM or similar)(helpful)
    • Experience in B2B marketing and/oragencies preferred

    Working Conditions andEnvironment

    • Work from homein a professional setting
    • Standard businesshours Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm local time
    • Sometravel may be required
