What the jobinvolves

    As aSenior Associate In Corporate Development, YouWill

    • Collaborate on the development andexecution of corporate-wide initiatives within the fund related tonon-investment corporate strategy
    • Identifyoperational and process improvements across theorganisation
    • Manage large, transformativeprojects with multiple stakeholders, reporting to the ManagementCommittee as needed
    • Take ownership of specificwork streams within a project management framework, designingimproved processes, identifying operational challenges, andbuilding consensus for change.
    • Prepare updatesfor leadership and the Management Committee
    • The3 key areas of accountability are: Supporting CorporateDevelopment, Project Management and StakeholderEngagement

    Who we are lookingfor

    • Theideal candidate will have previous experience in consulting andhave worked in a organisational/corporate strategy role for afinancial business (Banking, PE, Pensions, Asset Managementetc)
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in rolesinvolving strategy and corporate development, focused on changemanagement, project management, organisational strategy and/orprocess improvement
    • A bachelor's and/or master's degree from a leading institution in fieldssuch as business administration, finance, economics, orequivalent
    • Additional experience ininvestment-related roles is advantageous
    • Desireand ability to relocate to AbuDhabi
