    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain customer accounts, including updating contact information and billing details. -
    • Generate and process invoices for a variety of services and products. -
    • Review and reconcile billing discrepancies, working with internal teams and customers to resolve any issues. -
    • Follow up on outstanding payments and proactively communicate with customers to ensure prompt payment. -
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing and analyzing reports. -
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. -
    • Assist in preparing financial statements and financial reports for management review.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in accounting or a related field is preferred. -
    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a billing or accounts receivable department. -
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. -
    • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel. -
    • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail. -
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. -
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -
    • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
