    Government Relations - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - MainstreaM bar and grill

    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Accountable for maintaining accurate records for all aboveservices.
    • When the need arises, represent thecompany at different offices like Police Station,Ministries/Municipalities, and other GovernmentDepartments.
    • Makes sure all business and tradeLicenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, toprevent unnecessary violations.
    • Accuratelyprepare and process required legal documents like rent contractattestation in government agencies such as Ministry of Economic,Ministry of Finance,
    • Customs, Court, Chamberof Commerce, Traffic Department, andMunicipality.
    • Provide quick, efficient, andreliable services for all Government related jobs such as permits,Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and business licenses tothe company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments inrules and regulations within very shortnotices.
    • Assist the office in determining anyissues identified with organization vehicle registration andrenewals
    • Respond effectively to the demands ofthe Businesses and employees to assist them on allgovernment-related services and need
    • Dealpromptly on general inquiries about PROfunctions
    Responsible to administer thefollowing towards business facilitation on a day-to-daybasis:


    • The ever-changing government rules andregulations require the post-holder to be abreast of updates oninformation/documents and at times certain jobs have to be tackedefficiently without much notice.
