    Real Estate SrAssociate

    JobDescription

    The Sr AssociateFacilities position is responsible for all aspects of dailyfacility operations to maintain brick and mortar and its criticalequipment. This position supports the business needs of SiteManagement while providing a comfortable and safe work environmentfor employees.

    EssentialFunctions/Core Responsibilities

    • Utilize Facilities Request System tomanage facilities tasks and work tickets in a timelymanner
    • Regular testing of critical equipmentincluding UPS, Generator, ATS, etc. to maintainfacilities
    • Perform maintenance activitiesincluding basic activities such as electrical, plumbing, andcarpentry
    • Provide input to Facilities Managerand help manage vendor relationships for all facilities purchasesand supply orders
    • Support Facilities Manager inmanaging relocation/space planning such as reconfigurations andbuild-outs according to schedule
    • Ensure healthand safety policies and procedures are being followed throughongoing communication and reinforcingaccountability
    • Daily (break/lunch) backupsupport for security in the day to day duties such as badgerequests, visitor sign-in, and manningentrances
    • Provide input to Facilities Managerfor annual budgets
    • Coordinate with internalgroups for employee health and safety concerns

    Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's Degree in relatedfield from a four-year college or university with two to four yearsof relevant experience preferred
    • Maintenanceexperience of the following systems: water, heating, air,electricity (including generators), andsecurity
    • Strong communication skills, bothwritten and verbal
    • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task,prioritize, and meet timelines ondeliverables
    • Self-starter, sense of urgency,and works well under pressure
    • Strong attentionto detail
    • Sense of professionalism and abilityto develop relationships
    • Ability to be on call24/7
