    Description
    • Development of budgets andforecasts.
    • Collect consolidate and analyzemonthly financial data.
    • Ensure correctfinancial reporting across all business units through coordinationwith finance teams in every business unit and the corporate financeteams.
    • Plan and Manage Budgets related tocategories and procurement.
    • Advises and createsbusiness-driven financial analyses, ensuring alignment withbusiness strategies, priorities, and financialrequirements.
    • Modeling the viability of newbusiness efforts to include cost-benefit analyses, revenuealternatives, and costing scenarios based on the business leaders-strategic direction and input.
    • To IdentifyAutomation opportunities and create project charters andImplement.
    • Oversee and own key controlprocesses across the Majid Al FuttaimGroup.
    • Identify new tools for procurementanalytics.
    • Developing the reporting formats todeliver for the business real time data to meet the strategy andbudget requirements.
    • Solicit and analyse thefeedback from stakeholders for the Procurementfunction.
    • Analyse the spend profile to identifythe improvement opportunities.
    • EnsureProcurement is fully compliant with policies and procedures inclose collaboration with internal and externalauditors.
    • Ensure Procurement processes,controls and systems constantly evolve to align within the widerbusiness and Procurement strategies, and remain effective,efficient, fit for purpose, and keeping up with the state of theart.

    Skills

    Skillset(job specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed)

    • Min 7years of experience.
    • In-depth understanding ofcontrol processes.
    • High proficiency inhandling, analyzing and ensuring the integrity of largedatasets
    • In-depth understanding of FP+Aprocesses.
    • Experience in managing DigitalTransformation projects.
    • Experience in managingAutomation projects.
    • Proven expertise inadvanced analytics and emerging insights approaches e.g., cognitiveand machine learning, datavisualization.
    • Proven track record usingdata-driven insights and translating into businesssavings.
