Team Leadership:
Train, and develop a skilled team of manufacturing professionals specialized in energetic materials.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.
Budget and Cost Management:
Develop and manage the annual budget for the EMSS plant, focusing on cost control and cost-saving initiatives.
Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising product quality or safety.
