    JobTitle: Call Centre and Leads ManagementSpecialist

    Job Summary:    Your primary responsibility will be to convert theleads generated by the marketing team into satisfied patients.Through effective communication relationshipbuilding andexceptional customer service you will play a crucial role inexpanding our patient base and promoting the highest standard ofcare.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • Engagewith potential patients via phone calls email and othercommunication channels to convert leads into appointments orconsultations.
    • Build strong and lastingrelationships with potential and existing patients. Understandtheir needs concerns and preferences to provide personalizedservice.
    • Develop a comprehensive understandingof our healthcare services and offerings. Effectively communicatethe benefits of our services to potential patients addressing anyquestions or objections they mayhave.
    • Efficiently manage appointment calendarsand schedules ensuring optimal utilization of time slots and promptfollowups.
    • Conduct followup calls and emails tonurture potential patients and guide them through thedecisionmaking process assisting them in making informedchoices.
    • Deliver exceptional customer serviceat all touchpoints addressing inquiries resolving issues andensuring a positive patient experience.
    • Workclosely with the marketing team to understand campaign strategiestarget audience demographics and marketing initiatives. Providefeedback on lead quality and suggestimprovements.
    • Monitor and analyze leadconversion rates appointment booking rates and other relevantmetrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies toincrease conversion rates.
    • Keep accuraterecords of all patient interactions appointments and outcomes inthe CRM system.

    JobRequirements:

    • Min.experience of 12 years in tele sales customer service or a relatedfield preferably in the healthcareindustry.
    • Excellent communication skills bothverbal and written with a friendly and persuasivedemeanor.
    • Empathy and a genuine desire toassist patients in making wellinformed decisions about theirhealthcare needs.
    • Strong organizational skillsand the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Adaptability to learn aboutmedical procedures and services to engage with potential patientsconfidently.
    • Resultsdriven with a track recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
    • High level of integrity and adherence toethical standards in dealing with patient information andinquiries.
    • Fluent in English andArabic
