    Description
    • Responsible formaintaining and evolving all merchandising analytics suite for EMRetail conceptstores.
    • Work withMarketing and clusters to track product launches and have theappropriate reporting and product launch recaps. Collaborate withfranchise team in validating partners data to derive meaningfulproduct insights andanalysis.
    • Analyze everyaspect of best sellers and worst sellers, in season stock covermanagement and in season reactivity and provide recommendationsbased on analysis.
    • Drivegeneration of accurate reporting and sales recaps, weekly and adhoc, including brand initiativeproducts.
    • Participate inweekly trading meetings. Make call outs of missed opportunities inthe business.
    • Identify andsupport with promotional opportunities at the category, concept,collection, and article level to maximize sales for both pre-seasonand in season for all tiers andregions.
    • Construct anddeliver daily, weekly and monthly metricsreports.
    • Providefact-based product input and feedback for internal/externalstakeholders.
    • Manage theWeekly sales & stock intake process and provide keyinsights onstock/sales.
    • Evaluateseasonal option plan in line with Space Management(pre-season).
    • Be the SPOCand expert for PowerBI.
