    Description
    • Serves as the single point ofcontact and focal point for all operational day-to-day matters withexternal Government entities such as the Department of Finance,Human Resources Department, Electronic GovernmentAuthority
    • To design, develop and maintainprocesses to ensure all internal operations are aligned withGovernment regulations and policies with regard to HR, Finance andProcurement.
    • Prepare status reports for DOF, HRand EGA as required and following the agreed timeline andtemplates
    • Provides internal support to all HODsand Directors within the organization to meet theirresponsibilities and timelines
    • Prepares theannual budget with the support of all Directors and the ExecutiveDirector
    • Prepares monthly budget reports incollaboration with the Department ofFinance
    • Manages the recruitment and onboarding,and induction processes for all newhires
    • Coordinates and attend meetings; prepareminutes of meetings, presentations and agendas as requested withinthe team
    • Coordinates travel arrangements andlogistics for the Department, including scheduling drivers for theorganization's staff to events, school inspections, andimportant meetings
    • Coordinates all leavearrangements within the Department to support individual staffrequests and the overall leave planningcycle
    • Manages the annual performance managementprocess within the organization.
    • Serves as thesingle point of contact with the organization to ensure all ITsystems and processes are effectively implemented andcoordinated
    • Provides leadership to the FrontOffice Coordinator

    KeyRequirements:

    • Bachelor's degree inEducation, Business Administration, Marketing or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience inrelevant experience in medium-sized and largecompanies
    • Fluent in English (Written andSpoken); Arabic is preferred.
    • ExcellentFinancial Literacy Skills
    • Excellentinterpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability toprepare executive correspondence, briefings, agendas, recordings ofproceedings and reports from complexmaterial
    • Demonstrated capacity to organise ahigh-level workload with competing prioritiesprofessionally.
    • Action-oriented - can identifyand work to clear priorities, manage time and resourceseffectively
    • Ability to prioritise and workunder pressure with good timemanagement
