    In thisrole, you have the opportunityto

    Drive thetalent agenda in an exciting and dynamic

    You areresponsiblefor

    Implementand execute our people strategy with HRBP, management and otherstakeholders (CoE,PPS).

    Act as asparring partner for HRBPs and managers on local implications andsolutions for managers and/or employees in employee relations

    Workclosely with the business to understand and address business issuesand supports local organizational capabilities development with HRinterventions

    Manage /support local industrial / labor relations

    Drivestandardization in the execution of HR policies and

    Support andfacilitate the development of managers in people management andmanager

    Participatein HR-projects on a cluster / market

    To succeedin this role, you should have the following skills andexperience

    Have goodinsights into the operational business context and can supportorganization design / capabilitydevelopment

    Have goodrelationship and communication skills with the demonstrated abilityto influence stakeholders on HRdecisions

    Is able toapply change management knowledge to support change programs Isable to use personal insights into operational processes toinfluence the activities of theorganization

    Supportmanagement team on important strategic HRtopics



    Requirements

    Provide professional HR support on all operational HRissues

    Can take ona facilitating role in the change program(s) and/or supporting rolein managing industrialrelations

    Minimally aBachelor s degree in a related field (such as human resources orIndustrialPsychology)

    Relevantworking experience in dealing with operational HR matters within abusinesscontext

    Experiencein operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-todayexecution of HRactivities

    Experiencein delivery of core HR services through end-to-endframework

    Practice inmaking business decisions that align with organizationalgoals

    Experiencein planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluatingprojects

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintaining the F&Bstock for day to day Receives supplies as per Checks receivedsuplies with respect to weight, size, specifications, expiry dateIssue stock as per PRF and on FIFO Maintain monthly physical stockof consumable and F&B Responsible for entering all consumableissuing forms (PRF s, GRN) in ERP Responsible for receiving theF&B deliveries in accordance of the HACCP standard & SOPsrelating to Assist warehouse team for kitchen transfers as Assistwarehouse team for day to day physical operations
