    Description
    Reports to the Civil and StructuralEngineering Coordinator or their representative. Supervisesactivities within the engineering team, with a primary focus onconstruction and civil components, both in head office and onsite.
    Performs engineering activities with a primaryfocus on delivering results that meet high quality, compliance andschedule standards.

    In the exercise of their duties, they may beassigned to work with other companies and may also be deployed onsite.

    Ensure that the quality of delivered products meetsthe contractual requirements of project contracts while adhering tothe assigned budget and schedule.

    Collaborate with professionals indifferent production centers to achieve thisgoal.
    Support the Group Leader in ensuring theapplication and continuous updating of departmental and companystandards, procedures and work instructions.

    Providing technicaltraining based on management and company needs, and sharingexperiences with colleagues throughout the Technimont Group toassimilate new design techniques.

    Assist the group leader inpreparing lessons learned for the identifiedcompetencies.
    Stays up to date on technical advances inthe specialty and disseminates knowledge to other specialists andengineers. Market monitoring to provide technical and commercialevaluations of new products, technologies, workflows andapplications.

    Ensure the issuance of design calculationsand inspection of drawings relating to concrete, steelwork andpre-structures, following instructions provided by the Group Leaderand in agreement with the Civil Project Leader.

    Establish generaldesign standards for each project.
    Providing assistanceduring testing, installation and construction, especially forstructures managed by Al-Madani project leaders. Establishinginternal accounting standards consistent with economic improvementstandards.
    Evaluate modifications to domestic and foreignstandards, and inform civil project leaders, engineers andestimation group leader of relevant impacts. Attending meetingswhen needed.

    Perform other duties as assigned, with ademonstrated connection to maintaining high standards andcontributing to the success of the team andprojects.
