    Role:

    Sales Manager - CardsLocation :

    Abu DhabiRole Purpose:
    Manage team to achieve set budget / responsibilities.
    Increase bank's visibility in the Financial Market.
    Develop new business opportunity by Initiating innovative ideas / tailored plan for Sales

    Key Accountabilities of the roleMain Responsibilities:
    To ensure that the set target are met/exceeded on time,To ensure X-sell Takaful targets are met/exceeded on time.
    To ensure all business proposal and booking is executed under ADIB policy and procedure with Shari'a compliance.

    Ensure to open New business opportunity for the team, by exploring TML/ listing new employers,To ensure adequate control in all area, in which reporting lines should work with ADIB policy and procedure, any violations should report to FID through proper channel.

    Ensure adequate leave plan for TL, and supervise IFE's leave plan through TL.Manage Cross sales initiative.

    Daily/ Weekly / Monthly Responsibilities:
    Arrange monthly meeting with TL's to review previous month business and plan for new month.
    Arrange regular hurdles with TL's / IFE's on booking / submission to ensure weekly commitment met.
    Review CRM rejections and negotiate with CRM if the rejections are unjustifiable, escalate issues to NSM if requiredReview Al Khair/AKDA weekly report on a regular basis, If any cases exceed then normal TAT then need to be followed under SM direct supervision,Over manage leads and ensure status updated on time,Handle escalated customer complaints,Arrange TL

    training /coaching based on recognized area of weakness and maintain track, escalate to NSM if in case of issues out of control.

    Review IFE/TL performance under performance management; ensure fair action across the floor and to maintain PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) as per PM memo.

    Ensure required training is provided to IFE's as appropriate.

    Review employer list, arrange a meeting with TL/IFE to visit potential employers, in order to organize the business tie ups.

    Ensure BDR and DSR is followed and maintained.
    Meet new joiners on a regular basis and take feedback.
    Review customer complaints and mystery shopping report with DSU CRU to identify the training requirement for the staff.

    Occasional Responsibilities:
    Provide market feedback to HOS/NSM for the competition on best efforts basis.
    Accomplish / conduct required reports / project assigned by Senior DSU management.
    To maintain good relationship with Peers, Inter Departments and Branch manager.
    Conduct annual appraisal for TL and recommend promotions if it is applicable.
    Assist higher management on setting goals / budget for New Year.
    Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

    Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products & services and Thorough knowledge of ADIB's Retail
    Operational Policies & ProceduresGood Knowledge of UAE banking practices , regulations & risks and Detailed awareness of competitors in the local marketSales skills, Computer skills, Management Information skills
