    Job Summary:IndustryIndustrial Cranes / Elevators / Auto Cable Etc. We require peoplewith experience in the same industry onlyWeare seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Managerto lead our business expansion efforts in the wire rope industrywith a specific focus on the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The idealcandidate will play a crucial role in identifying new businessopportunities building and maintaining strong client relationshipsand driving revenue growth in the UAE market. The BusinessDevelopment Manager will be responsible for developing andimplementing effective sales strategies collaborating with keystakeholders and staying abreast of industry trends to capitalizeon emerging marketopportunities.Responsibilities:
    1. MarketAnalysis:
    • Conduct thoroughmarket research in the UAE to identify potential clients industrytrends and competitive landscape.
    • Analyzecustomer needs and market demands in the UAE to develop targetedbusiness developmentstrategies.
    1. ClientAcquisition and RelationshipManagement:
    • Identify andengage with key decisionmakers in potential client organizations inthe UAE.
    • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients in the UAE to ensure customersatisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate withUAEbased clients to understand their wire rope requirements andprovide tailoredsolutions.
    1. Sales Strategyand Execution:
    • Formulateand implement effective sales strategies in the UAE to achieverevenue targets and market sharegrowth.
    • Prepare and present compelling salesproposals product demonstrations and business presentations toclients in the UAE.
    • Negotiate contracts andagreements in the UAE ensuring favorable terms for both the companyand the client.
    1. TeamCollaboration:
    • Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including marketing productdevelopment and customer service to align business strategies anddeliver seamless customer experiences.
    • Provideleadership and guidance to the sales team operating in the UAEfostering a collaborative and resultsdrivenculture.
    1. IndustryNetworking:
    • Represent thecompany at industry events conferences and trade shows in the UAEto enhance brand visibility and establish strategicpartnerships.
    • Build and maintain a network ofindustry contacts in the UAE to stay informed about market trendsand competitoractivities.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a relatedfield. Masters degree is a plus.
    • Proven trackrecord of success in business development within the wire ropeindustry or a related field.
    • Strongunderstanding of wire rope products manufacturing processes andindustry regulations.
    • Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategicthinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on businessopportunities in the UAE.
    • Ability to travelwithin the UAE as needed to meet clients and attend industryevents.
    Experience:
    • Minimumof 5 years of relevant experience in business development or saleswith a focus on industrial products andservices.
    • Previous experience in the wire ropeindustry and a demonstrated understanding of the UAE market arehighlydesirable.
