    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • RequirementGathering: Engage with clients to gather and analyze their businessrequirements related to financial management andreporting.
    • Solution Design: Design andconfigure Microsoft Dynamics Finance modules to address clientneeds including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts ReceivableCash Management Budgeting and FinancialReporting.
    • Customization and Configuration:Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics Finance functionalitiesto align with clientspecific business processes andworkflows.
    • System Integration: Collaborate withtechnical teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics Finance with otherenterprise systems such as CRM and ERPplatforms.
    • Training and Support: Providetraining sessions and workshops to endusers on the functionalitiesof Microsoft Dynamics Finance. Offer ongoing support andtroubleshooting assistance as needed.
    • Testingand Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases to ensure theaccuracy and reliability of configured solutions. Perform qualityassurance checks to validate systemperformance.
    • Documentation: Createcomprehensive documentation including functional specificationsuser guides and process manuals to support the implementation andmaintenance of Microsoft Dynamics Financesolutions.
    • Stakeholder Management: Build strongrelationships with clients and stakeholders ensuring clearcommunication and alignment on project objectives anddeliverables.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Finance Accounting Business Administration InformationTechnology or related field. A masters degree is aplus.
    • Proven experience (8 10 years) as afunctional consultant or business analyst with a focus onimplementing Microsoft Dynamics Finance (formerly Dynamics 365Finance and Operations) solutions.
    • Indepthknowledge of financial management processes including but notlimited to financial reporting budgeting cash management andaccounts payable/receivable.
    • Proficiency inconfiguring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics Finance modules tomeet client requirements.
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to translate business needsinto technical solutions.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively engage with clients stakeholders and crossfunctionalteams.
    • Certification in Microsoft DynamicsFinance (e.g. MB310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance) ispreferred.
    • Experience with Agile or otherproject management methodologies isdesirable.
    • Ability to travel to client sites asneeded.
    • Candidates within UAE andImmediate joiner will beprioritize.
