    Description
    • Develop and execute strategicplans to achieve business objectives in alignment with thecompany's goals.
    • Identify and pursuenew business opportunities to expand market presence and driverevenue growth.
    • Open to frequent travel,including visits to other Gulf Countries to meet clients,understand market dynamics, and strengthen businessrelationships.
    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients, suppliers, and keystakeholders.
    • Conduct thorough market analysisto stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, andpotential risks.
    • Lead sales initiativesindependently, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generationto closure.
    • Monitor financial performance andidentify areas for costoptimization.
    • Personally engage with keyclients and participate in customervisits.
    • Leverage past experience inmultinational companies to implement best practices and enhanceoperational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in businessmanagement, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is aplus.
    • Proven experience of years in aleadership role within the industrialmarket.
    • Demonstrated success in businessdevelopment and market expansion.
    • Excellentinterpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Fluent inArabic, with excellent verbal communicationskills.
    • Previous experience in a multinationalcompany is highly desirable.
    • Results-driven,proactive, and self-motivated.
