    Square Yards is hiring for Sales Champions inAbu Dhabi.

    Developing relationships with key decisionmakers in targetorganizations for businessdevelopment.

    Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable productrange and cultivating relations with them for securing repeatbusiness.

    Managingactivities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals forsmooth execution ofsales.

    Planning anddirecting marketing efforts toward improving brandequity.

    Developingpromotional campaigns around major productlaunches.

    Initiating and implementing process/procedure changes/improvementsand ensuring optimal utilization of the availableresources.

    Extremely effective businessnetworking.

    Conceptualizing and implementing competent strategies processes andpolicies for regional operations & ensuring that the requisitechanges are made as and whenrequired.

    Developing plans and valueadded solutions designed to assureachievement of agreed to the volume market share and profitobjectives.

    Conceptualizing & implementing development strategies foracquiring business from clients and effectively using existingaccounts.

    Analysingthe latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities andproviding valuable inputs for finetuning sales & marketingstrategies.

    Leadingtraining & monitoring the performance of team members to ensureefficiency in service operations and meeting of individual &group targets.

    Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters careerdevelopment opportunities and motivates high performance amongstteammembers.

    PreferredIndustries Insurance Banking Finance Real EstateEdtech

    Candidateswith Field Sales experience in B2C ispreferred.
