    • Entering employment data into thecompany database
    • Organising meetings and takingminutes
    • Assisting higher-level HR staff withthe hiring process
    • Setting up recruitment andtraining events
    • Answering any employeeinquiries
    • Creating staff handbooks andnewsletters
    • Coordinating logistics for new hireorientations
    • Updating employee holiday andsickness records
    • Develop training andonboarding material
    • Maintaining physical anddigital personnel records like employmentcontracts
    • Prepare reports and presentations onHR-related metrics like total number of hires bydepartment
    • Work experience as an HR &Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similarrole
    • With at least 7 years relevant experiencein HR
    • Preferably with Driving License.
