    Payment Settlement Officer - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - IIQAFGROUP

    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with various departmentsto gather payment information and ensure proper documentation isreceived.
    • Verify payment transactions foraccuracy and completeness.
    • Identify and resolvediscrepancies or issues in paymentsettlements.
    • Process payment settlements inaccordance with company policies andprocedures.
    • Generate reports and analyze datato identify trends and make recommendations for processimprovements.
    • Collaborate with internal andexternal stakeholders to resolve any payment-related inquiries ordisputes.
    • Stay up to date with industryregulations and best practices related to paymentsettlements.
    • Maintain accurate records ofpayment settlements and relateddocumentation.
    • Assist in the development andimplementation of new payment settlement processes orsystems.
    • Provide support and assistance toother team members as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance,accounting, or a related field.
    • Provenexperience in payment settlements or a similarrole.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.
    • Excellent attention to detail andability to work with numericaldata.
    • Proficiency in using financial softwareand tools.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritizetasks and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of relevantindustry regulations and bestpractices.
    • Ability to work effectively in ateam environment.
    • Strong organization skillsand ability to multi-task.
