    Aboutthe team

    You will get to be part of adynamic and autonomous team from Careem veterans to new tigers whojoined on a mission to build Careem Food all aligned on the samevalues of ownership shooting to the moon and being of service tocustomers partners colleagues andcaptains.

    What youlldo

    Acquisition: Collaborate with salesfunction to acquire restaurant partners in Dubai
    Growth:Support and help in creating plans to grow business of assignedaccounts
    Account Management: Full ownership be the mainpoint of contact for the assigned accounts
    Analysis:Utilize datadriven decision making to understand the performance ofinitiatives to ensure you are effectively prioritizing those withthe highest return on investment
    Merchant NPS:Collaborate with merchants and internal teams to fix experiencecomponents
    Partner with internal teams: Collaborateclosely with Supply Finance Marketing and business development toensure meeting the growthobjectives.

    What youllneed

    At least 3 years experience insales or account management; achieving weekly/monthly targetsconsistently.
    Education to degree level minimum BachelorsDegree.
    Proficiency in Microsoft office Excel and similarsoftware tools.
    The ideal candidate will have apassionate commitment to improving the lives of people an insanefocus on excellence and customer service and a strong alignmentwith our core values: being bold focused agile andcollaborative.
    Experience in account management with aproven track record in direct and channel sales especially inclosing deals.
    Experience in the food & beverageindustry.
    Highly motivated with a hunting spirit todevelop new opportunities and grow business in multiple technologydimensions within the Food/Service Providers space.
    Youare excellent at working in teams and are comfortable collaboratingwith local regional and corporate teams in a large crossfunctionalorganization.
    Good communicator and excellent at drivingsolutions in line with industry and local market trends.
    Can do will do attitude and be able to think in a unique way tocontribute creatively towards building a solid business pipelineand driving sustainable business.
    Highly analytical andmeaningful.
    Working in pressure situations with stretchedtargets and limited resources and coming up with smart tech basedideas to solve problems.
