    Description
    • Own the strategy and execution ofgo-to-market (GTM) plans, timelines, launch scenarios, pricing, andpromotions for Devices products and programs on owned and operatedchannels
    • Understand key customer needs andindustry trends, competition, technology, etc., for Devices andwork together with key stakeholders to ensure Etisalat is on itscompetitive edge and ahead of competitors in thebusiness.
    • Track, analyze and report onindividual campaign results and bigger picturetrends.
    • Innovate and implement test and learnstrategies that drive scalable impact.
    • Toprovide result-oriented advertising and marketing activitiesdesigned to meet customer needs.
    • Work closelywith Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, and Organized Retail Salesteams to develop strategic and effective selling mechanismsincluding price, trade programs, promotions, and marketingsupport.
    • Develop use cases for internal toolsand platforms that support scaling marketinginitiatives.
    • Prepare organized communicationupdates for top management (CXO level) to drive awareness,alignment, engagement, and support for theinitiatives.
    • Identify opportunities, analyzebusiness benefits, evaluate ROI, and priorities, and negotiateinitiatives to develop a roadmap
    • Manage allpolicies, procedures, and guidelines for Devices rollout, andmonitor and supervise theirimplementation.
    • Reports to, maintains anongoing dialogue with VP D&A, and provides updatesperiodically about operational performance and achievement of keystrategic and financial targets.
    • Leads andmanages a highly engaged, committed, and motivated team that is incomplete alignment with Etisalat corporate strategicdirections
    • Key responsibility to fulfill andachieve the annual budget objective through clear and effectivehunting and farming strategies.
    • Understand UAEregulatory and legal frameworks and fully align all relevantbusiness practices to guarantee full compliance with theseregulations and laws and maintain effective interfaces with therelevant government agencies, and professionalbodies
    • Lead the creation and go to market ofnew incremental consumer business revenue streams that include andare not limited to expanding the portfolio of mobile and homedevices categories.
    • To analyze satisfaction andvalue creation throughout the customer journey and recommendimprovements to increase satisfaction andprofitability.
    • Oversee related marketingstrategy and executions translate into user growth, engagement,revenue, and product enablement.
    • Providingtimely and positive resolution of escalated GTM relatedissues.
    • Organize and track all documentationwith all internal and externalstakeholders.
    • Maintain effective internalcommunications to ensure that all relevant company functions arekept informed of business marketingobjectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor'sDegree in Marketing, Business Administration orEngineering
    • Minimum of 6+ years'experience in product Marketing and BusinessDevelopment
