    Description
    • Acquisition: Collaborate withsales function to acquire restaurantpartners
    • Growth: Support and help in creatingplans to grow business of assignedaccounts
    • Account Management: Full ownership, bethe main point of contact for the assignedaccounts
    • Analysis: Utilize data-driven decisionmaking to understand the performance of initiatives to ensure youare effectively prioritizing those with the highest return oninvestment
    • Merchant NPS: Collaborate withmerchants and internal teams to fix experiencecomponents
    • Partner with internal teams:Collaborate closely with Supply, Finance, Marketing and businessdevelopment to ensure meeting the growth objectives.

    What You'llNeed

    • Atleast 1-2 years experience in sales or account management;achieving weekly/monthly targetsconsistently.
    • Education to degree level minimumBachelor's Degree.
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft office, Excel and similar softwaretools.
    • The ideal candidate will have apassionate commitment to improving the lives of people, an insanefocus on excellence and customer service, and a strong alignmentwith our core values: being bold, focused, agile andcollaborative.
    • Experience in account managementwith a proven track record in direct and channel sales, especiallyin closing deals.
    • Experience in the food& beverage industry.
    • Highly motivatedwith a "hunting spirit" to develop newopportunities and grow business in multiple technology dimensionswithin the Food/Service Providers space.
    • Youare excellent at working in teams and are comfortable collaboratingwith local, regional and corporate teams in a largecross-functional organization.
    • Goodcommunicator and excellent at driving solutions in line withindustry and local market trends.
    • Can do, willdo attitude and be able to think in a unique way to contributecreatively towards building a solid business pipeline and drivingsustainable business.
    • Highly analytical andmeaningful.
    • Working in pressure situations withstretched targets and limited resources and coming up with smarttech based ideas to solveproblems.
