    Description
    We areworking with an international Asset Manager (50bn+ AUM) now growingits European Infrastructure team in London and hiring an InvestmentAssociate to assist with deal evaluation, asset management and;

    THEROLE:
    • Researchingand analyzing financial statements, industry information, technicaland financial data and presenting conclusions to investment teammembers
    • Developingand critically reviewing, stress testing and commenting onfinancial models in collaboration with partners andadvisors
    • Evaluatinginformation provided by a vendor, company management andprofessional advisors and incorporates the relevant informationinto Infrastructures investmentanalysis
    • Synthesizingkey findings from research, financial analysis and meetings withindustry, co-investors and external advisors into investmentmemoranda andpresentations
    • Assistingwith asset management responsibilities and working closely withDirectors of the portfoliocompanies


    Requirements

    • Atleast 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equityor a similarfield
    • Experiencein or knowledge of the infrastructure sectors is considered aplus
    • Anundergraduate or post-graduate degree in business, engineering orother quantitativefields
    • Provenstrong analytical, quantitative and financial modeling skills withattention todetail
    • Excellentinterpersonal skills and a strong commitment to being a teamplayer
