    Description
    • Produce documentation for allchannels to sign off and monitor adherence to thepolicy.
    • Ensure that transparency for data ishighlighted and take remedial steps to rectify any areas ofmisunderstanding with all other interfacingdepts.
    • Drives the definition of processes andpolicies, supply business rules and procedures, and communicate thecontexts in which the rules, processes and policies areapplied.
    • Validate the requirements anddeliverables that describe the product(s) or service(s) that theproject/program will produce.
    • Manages,coordinates and enhances the TDRA Compliance/Sales Operationstechnical requirements and demands.
    • Responsiblefor managing the delivery of technical, IT related projects onbehalf of Sales business owners.
    • Businessanalysis of business requirements to have complete andcomprehensive technical details.
    • Determinebusiness targets based on approved corporate targets and overseedirect channel activities ensuring that all (maximum possible)opportunities are utilized to their maximum potential in order toachieve the sales targets and increaseprofitability.
    • Report and maintain ongoingdialogue with the head and inform periodically about theperformance and achievement of key strategic and financialtargets.
    • Plan, develop and deploy methodologiesand performance matrix based on department strategies in order tooptimise regional sales operations and development of bothexclusive and non-exclusive saleschannels.
    • Liaise with Regulatory Affairs teamto ensure full government regulatory compliance in the salesprocesses across all types of SalesChannels.
    • Ensure the timely and accurategeneration of sales incentives and compensations for all saleschannels.
    • Plan the correct and efficientfulfilment of all material required by saleschannels
    • Seek automation opportunities toimprove the efficiency, quality and reducecost.

    Education &Experience

    Bachelors in Marketing/BusinessAdministration/IT or related fields

    3 years ofexperience in sales channels/sales operations or related fields ina medium to large corporation.
