    We have refused government requests to hand over journey data andare currently developing bespoke technology to put our clientsmovements beyond even our own reach.

    Backed byleading global investors Wheely is poised for the next phase of ourjourney. Over the next 510 years we plan to offer a full portfolioof luxury services and expand into more international citiesbuilding on our success in London Paris and Dubai.

    As the General Manager for the GCC you will act as theendtoend leader of our business in Dubai and beyond Wheelysfastestgrowing market. Early data is signaling to us tremendouspotential within the GCC and the broader Gulf region and wereexcited to be doubling down and bringing someone on to workdirectly with our Founders and Executive Team to lead the growth ofour business while being laserfocused on ensuring unparalleledservice quality.

    We are looking for acrossfunctional dynamic and ambitious leader with 7 years ofexperience in investment banking consulting or other highintensityhighgrowth environment whos passionate about our producthospitality/luxury/transportation and is looking to take asignificant step in their career. You will be the face of the brandembodying and promoting our core values internally and externally.

    This role offers a unique opportunity to blendyour strategic vision with handson acumen leading Wheelys growth ina dynamic and culturally diverse. You will play a crucial role inshaping the future of luxury transportation in the UAE and thebroader Gulf region while contributing to Wheelys global success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the overall commercial operations strategypartnership and growth in the UAE market
    • Lead and develop highperforming crossfunctional teams ensuringalignment with Wheelys global standards and local market needs
    • Drive business development identifying andcapitalizing on new opportunities for expansion and partnerships
    • Collaborate with the central CX team tomaintain high standards of service quality aligning with Wheelysluxury brand ethos
    • Foster strongrelationships with key stakeholders including suppliers partnersand government entities
    • Lead the UAEbusiness reviews while continuously driving urgency in executionand roadmap prioritization across stakeholders and the local team
    • Ensure compliance with local regulations andWheelys privacyfirst approach
    • Lead andmentor a highperforming team promoting Wheelys culture ofexcellence and innovation
    • Monitor markettrends and competitor activities adapting strategies to maintain acompetitive edge
    • Collaborate with globalteams to share insights best practices and support Wheelysinternational growth

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Business Finance or related field.
    • 7 years of experience in investment banking or consulting followedby a senior role in highgrowth tech environments
    • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
    • Deep understanding of the UAE market cultureand business practices
    • Strong analytical andnumerical capabilities with proficiency in financial modeling anddata analysis
    • Excellent presentation andcommunication skills with the ability to effectively convey complexinformation to a variety of stakeholders
    • Comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment with theability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
    • Excellent leadership and team managementskills
    • Passion for hospitality luxury andtransportation
    • Proficiency in English;additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus
