    The PeopleSolutions Generalist I is responsible for evaluating, analyzing,implementing, and administering Human Resources programs andworking with key stakeholders to build a relationship of trust,ensuring alignment between Human Resources strategy and overallbusiness objectives.

    EssentialFunctions/Core Responsibilities

    • Evaluating, analyzing, andimplementing all Human Resources activities which include, but arenot limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation andbenefits, talent and performancemanagement
    • Provide consulting services, throughcross-departmental partnerships, to managers regarding team memberperformance, management practices, human resource policies, talentmanagement, and compensation
    • Receive, processand respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate withappropriate stakeholders, as necessary
    • Partnerwith stakeholders to develop and support proactive Human Resourcessolutions in alignment with the organization's overallstrategies
    • Conducting initial orientation tonewly hired or newly promoted employees and other HR learningsessions
    • Ensure maintenance of accurate andconcise records and reports concerning all employee data and allphases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, inaccordance with company policy and statutory/locallaws
    • Collect, maintain, analyze, and report onvarious types of key Human Resources metrics to assist managementin effective decision making; develop clear visuals to communicatefindings
    • Prepare documentary requirements forHR Partners handling labor-related cases, asnecessary
    • Review Human Resources trends in themarket and assist with execution of changes andimprovements
    • Communicate and reinforce theCompany's values, philosophies, and Leadership Behaviors toassist in development of a high performingorganization
    • May help facilitate candidateselection processes, as necessary

    Candidate Profile

    • 2 - 4 Years ofExperience
    • University DegreePreferred
    • Experience with Workdaypreferred
    • Working knowledge of laborrelations
    • Strong communication skills, bothwritten and verbal
    • Proficient Microsoft Officeskills
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task,prioritize, and meet timelines ondeliverables
    • Self-starter, sense of urgency,and works well under pressure in a virtualenvironment
    • Strong attention todetail
