    Bachelor's degree, or equivalentexperience

    • 8+ years ofexperience in an HR generalist leadership role evidencing businessacumen and ability to work well across different functions in orderto integrate HR and business strategies
    • Provenability to diagnose issues, drawing on both professional experienceand strategic thinking skills, and drive appropriate solutions withself-initiative
    • Not hindered by ambiguity orcompeting priorities. This means you are not only able to developand drive initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in,and get the job done.
    • Analytical skills,including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitorperformance
    • High quality document preparationand presentation skills; facilitationskills
    • ability to relate to, influence, andcoach employees of all levels in theorganization
    • Experience in coaching seniorleaders and managers
    • Talent assessmentskills
    • Ability to work independently, as wellas an active member of both business and HRteams
    • Experience working with global teams,including driving organizational change initiatives and developingtalent management plans

    PreferredQualifications

    • Degree from a MBAschool.
    • Resume that shows steady progression inHR Management for the last 7 – 10+years
    • Prior experience leading, coaching, andmentoring direct reports and leading HR teams with talented HRprofessionals
    • Able to travel, asappropriate.
