    Job Overview:

    Key Accountabilities (Includes but not limited to the following):


    Sales Management:
    Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    Lead and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
    Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners in the automotive industry.

    Operations Oversight:
    Ensure smooth daytoday operations by implementing best practices and procedures.
    Optimize resources and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

    Revenue Optimization:
    Develop and implement revenue generation strategies to maximize profitability.
    Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive revenue initiatives and achieve
    business objectives.

    Automotive Industry Expertise:
    Leverage extensive knowledge of the automotive industry to identify market trends
    and opportunities.
    Stay abreast of industry developments and innovations to maintain a competitive
    edge.
    Apply industry insights to inform strategic decisionmaking and drive business growth.

    Leadership and Team Development:
    Provide strong leadership and direction to the team fostering a culture of
    collaboration and accountability.
    Mentor and develop staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
    Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork innovation and
    professional growth.
    The General Manager role at the company is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of
    KPI s Knowledge Skills Experience and Competencies (Indicate the minimum recruitment specifications &
    also the ideal person specifications for fully satisfactory job performance)
    Skillsets
    Ability to provide strong leadership direction

    Capacity to think strategically develop longterm plans

    Proficiency in developing and executing sales

    optimization to ensure smooth and effective
    operations.
    Knowledge and experience in revenue generation
    strategies pricing optimization and profit and loss (P&L)
    management to maximize profitability.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to
    build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    partners and stakeholders.
    Deep understanding of the automotive industry including
    market trends competition and customer needs to drive
    business growth and innovation.
    Ability to analyze financial data interpret financial
    statements and make datadriven decisions to achieve
    financial objectives.
    Valid UAE drivers license
    Qualifications
    Post Graduation in business administration or a related
    field is preferred.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
    Experience
    minimum of 20 years of experience in the automotive
    industry with a proven track record of success in B2B sales
    and operations management
    Additionally a thorough understanding of profit and loss
    (P&L) management is essential for this position
