    Description
    • Design, implement, and oversee acomprehensive fundraising program designed to secure significantfinancial resources from trustees, parents, alumni, foundations,and others to support AU's mission and strategicpriorities.
    • Oversee all fundraising efforts andprograms, including the annual fund, special fundraising events,major donor programs, grants, capital campaigns, planned giving,donor prospecting and research, and office administration, to meetor exceed annual development plan incomegoals.
    • Oversee the development andimplementation of programs fostering alumni involvement with theuniversity and encouraging meaningful and productive alumniparticipation.
    • Broad financial responsibilityincludes setting fundraising objectives, evaluating results, anddeveloping corrective strategies asneeded.
    • Identify, develop, and maintainrelationships with current and prospective major donors,foundations, organizations, alumni, and corporatefunders.
    • Plan and implement programs andprojects that engage alumni in strengthening and providing tangiblebenefits to alumni, the institution, and currentstudents.
    • Plan, implement, and promote alumniprograms that support the university's central missionand vision.
    • Oversee the planning and executionof alumni activities both nationwide and in targeted regions acrossthe country to enhance alumni engagement and cultivateconnections.
    • Other duties are assigned by thedirectmanager.

    Qualificationsand experience:

    • Abachelor's degree is required (a master's degreeis preferred).
    • 7+ years of experience relatedto alumni relations fundraising, preferably in an independenteducational institution.
    • a proven track recordof raising funds from individuals and foundations with impressiveresults.
    • Management experience, includingleadership skills to inspire a team and support and developindividuals.
    • The capability to work effectivelywith high-net-worth business leaders isessential.
    • Exhibits exemplary written andspoken English (Arabic is anadvantage).

    • Requireshigh energy, empathy, and enthusiasm, along with great socialskills.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, andexcellent public speaking and writingskills.
    • Maintains confidentiality andexemplifies personal and professionalintegrity.
