    Requirements

    Educational& KnowledgeRequirements:

    Valid driver s License Code08

    Minimumof 2 years in the construction industry with experience ofsupervising construction-relatedprojects

    Willing to work away from home for extendedperiods

    Pre-employment Medically fit certificate to work at heights andextreme weatherconditions

    N3 Technical/Mechanical Qualification, or similar that shows anunderstanding of other disciplines like, mechanical, technicalinstrumentation or electronics from a constructionperspective

    Intermediate level in MSOffice

    Soundknowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act,ConstructionRegulations

    Work withProject Managers by coordinating and planning projects according tocustomer requirements, to achieve project outcomes and

    Obtainrequired stakeholder approvals as required to manage the projectprogression and complete allocated tasks, escalate delays andcritical risks as

    Control andmaintain tools, equipment and required resources allocated to yourprojects, in line with company policies and procedures, whilecontrolling project costs and

    Control andcoordinate teams, to compete for work scopes on variousconstruction sites within the required deadlines, by sustainingwork efficiency and productivity of the teams until project

    Ensure thatall construction activities within the designated areas are wellplanned, coordinated while utilizing all available resources incoordination with Project Managers in directing and supervising allinvolved site personnel and

    Monitor andcontrol team s work quality and effectiveness in and around workscopes and provide feedback to

    Control,analysis and report on all safety aspects on the project andprovide written reports on any discrepancies
