Description
Work with the acquisition team to support theproduct, portfolio and collaboration teams in designing anddelivering customer proposals to increase card acquisitionvolumeSupport in designing appropriate product campaignsbased on customer needs, and designing and implementing technicaland operational frameworks for sourcing.
Ensure saleschannels are appropriately trained on policy, product and able tosell effectively
Assist in collaborating with RetailCredit Policy in evaluating sales and portfolio results and drivingpolicy/process changes to positively increase salesvolume
Assist in designing and developing cross-sellingand proactive strategies to increase product share and customerpenetration within the existing customer base
Collaboratewith Product, Digital, Policy, Risk and Compliance to develop thedigital roadmap for the cards business
Help designdigital customer journeys to get customers/cards that are fit forpurpose and fit needs. Collaborate with stakeholders across thebank to deliver the digital roadmap including working with IT,risk, credit, compliance, oversight, fraud and informationsecurity
In collaboration with the Head of Credit CardProducts, facilitate and create huge client portfolio managementstrategies
Leverage use cases like next best customeroffers, lead management based on data, and insight
Workwith Marketing and Analytics to ensure use cases are implemented,tracked and continually optimized foreffectiveness.
Identify and set up new channels or definemulti-channel experiences for customers throughout the cardjourney. Work with stakeholders across the bank including Credit,Policy, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and IT as appropriateto establish channels.
