Apt Resources, a leading recruitment company, is currently seeking a Private Cook specializing in North Indian Cuisine for a VVIP family. As a Private Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals that meet the family's specific culinary preferences. You will work closely with the family members to understand their dietary requirements and preferences in order to create customized menus that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality North Indian dishes according to the family's preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Plan and create menus that include a variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
• Source and select the freshest ingredients for each dish.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment and appliances are in good working condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times.
• Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure effective meal service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Private Cook, specializing in North Indian Cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of various North Indian culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Should be able to cook a few simple South Indian dishes like dosa, vada, sambar, chutney etc
• Knowledge of some Continental, Italian, and Asian dishes would be a big plus.
• Ability to create customized menus based on dietary requirements and preferences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid food handling and safety certification is preferred.

Benefits

AED 6000 to 10,000 depending on experience

6 days weekly, live-in, a working visa will be provided along with all benefits as per UAE labor laws.
