    Keyrequirementsinclude:
    • Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
    • 5 yearsprofessional experience administering/developing and 2 yearsexperience as Team
    • Leadershipexperience and Salesforce Certification is
    • Hands-onexperience with Salesforce (including Configuration) and MarketingCloud is a
    • Use ofApex, Visualforce and Lightning Web
    • Integrations(SOAP and REST APIs) and HTML, SQL and
    • Hands onApplication/Data Migration Apex Data
    • Experiencein Flosum, Jitterbit, and knowledge
    • Experiencein CTI, Live Chat, Einstein Bot, Skill Based Routing, PlatformEvents, External
    • Ability toidentify and triage task importance and prioritize accordingly,while communicating resource allocate on and
    • A fastlearner with excellent project management skills who is confident,responsible, and likes new
