    Description

    Position Overview

    Apollo is seeking a driven individual to join the Institutional Client and Product Solutions (ICPS) team in Abu Dhabi with a focus across the Middle East region.

    Primary Responsibilities

    The role encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing and investor relations responsibilities, including:

  • Working with sales and product teams to provide support on team deliverables,including presentations, data management and bespoke projects for Head of Institutional Client Group, Middle East.
  • Responsible for completing and/or reviewing internal and external meeting memorandumsand presentations.
  • Coordinating group investor meetings including roadshows & product diligencesessions.
  • Assisting the Client Solutions team in end-to-end sales process including prospectiveinvestor research and meetingpreparation.
  • Utilising CRM data to support Apollo's full product suite.
  • Working closely with the firm's investment professionals to coordinate thoughtleadership distributions.
  • Researching various databases and maintaining internal CRM systems with up-to-date investor information.
  • Working as part of the fundraising team for all products (Private Equity, Real Assets, Credit, etc.)

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5yearsofpriorexperience,preferablywithinanalternativeassetmanagementfirm,fixed incomeinvestmentfirm,investmentbank,consultingfirm,orotherhighcaliberinstitution.
  • Previous experienceinasales,marketingorotherclientfacingrole.
  • Strongworkethic,acuteattentiontodetail,abilitytomulti-task,andawillingnessanddesireto learn and work well within a team arecritical.
  • Self-starter and comfortable working independently.
  • Excellentverbal,writtenandpresentationskillswithprovenabilitytocommunicatecomplexity withsimplicity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and analyticalabilities.
  • Professional and personalintegrity.
