    Nous recherchonsactuellement un Ing nieur HSE dans le cadre dun projetde construction dune nouvelle unit de production dhydrog ne (SMR)situ e sur la plateforme p trochimique de Donges (44) et exploit epartir dune unit Montoir de Bretagne(44).

    Vousassurez le support aux entit s op rationnelles sur les sites etdans les domaines qui vous sont affect Vos principales missionsseront les suivantes:

    • Piloter la ralisation d actions d finies dans le programme s curit national enmode projet et de fa on transverse sur la r gion, (exemple : outilde gestion du risque chimique, d ploiementEIS)
    • Sassurer de la conformit r glementaire l gale et interne sur lessites dont vous serez le r f rent, proposer et coordonner les plansde mise en conformit
    • Participeraux Analyses de Risques d Accident (ARA), l laboration et la rvision des tudes de danger / Rapport de s curit
    • tregarant du respect des exigences Ma trise des Risques dans lagestion des modifications et desprojets
    • Prparer les diff rents audits internes/externes et inspections desautorit s, y participer, consolider et suivre les plans d actionsqui en dcoulent
    • Favoriserl am lioration permanente en mati re de S curit Industrielle,animer le Syst me de Management et entra ner l appropriation desactions par les acteurs op rationnels:
      • pertinencedes plans de pr vention / protocoles de s curit
      • analysedes incidents etaccidents
      • applicationdes r gles s curit
      • ralisation d audits et contrles
      • adquation des formations / habilitations li es aux mtiers
      • animations curit des prestataires/fournisseurs etvaluation
      • misejour de l analyse des risques aux postes de travail et des analysesenvironnementales
      • laboration des Plans d Urgence et organisation desexercices
      • suivides plans dactions
    • Accompagnerles op rationnels pour la ma trise du syst me de management (revuesop rationnelles, comit s de pilotage) et s assurer que lesprincipes de la gestion documentaire sont appliqu s et favoriserleurapprobation
    • Contribuerla robustesse de la mise en uvre des exigences s curit , ad quationdes formations / habilitations, gestion des modifications, procdures s curit
    • Garant del exhaustivit , des analyses accidents / incidents, de la qualitdes dossiers de suivi des v nements s curit , veiller l avancementpuis la cl ture des plans dactions
    • Assisterles responsables de site dans le d ploiement de la d marche s ret.
    • Des dplacements r guliers sur le site de Donges sont pr voir (4 6 foisparmois)


    Requirements

    • Formationd ing nieur ou ayant une exp rience dans le domaine HSE id alementdans le domaine industriel et sur site
    • Connaissancedes r f rentiels normatifs de l industrie et des techniques d auditet du r f rentielMASE
    • Pratiquedes m thodes d analyse de risque et de r solution de problmes
    • Connaissancesde base et un int r t fort pour la ma trise des risques (projets,industriels), la r glementation li e aux ICPE et le suivi de limpact environnemental d une usine (rejets eaux, atmosph riques)
    • Fortecapacit d analyse, esprit de synth se, organisation, mthode
    • Qualits relationnelles, qualit s de communication orale et crite, crativit , enthousiasme et motivation pour le travail enquipe
