    Description
    • Achieve sales targets as definedby management of INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions Org.Est
    • Establish and maintain strong clientrelationships through regular close contact account management;which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone, mailand email communication
    • Proactively seek newways to increase the services offered to existing client andincrease the income generated
    • Source anddevelop new business opportunities, through one's owninitiative and with the support and direction ofmanagement
    • Follow up, support and action anypotential new business clients as directed byManagement
    • Cold call prospective new businesscustomers on a regular basis
    • Retain portfolioof clients
    • Manage sales opportunities in astructured and documented fashion
    • Work closelywith the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledgeof project status and to identify potential issues and oropportunities within or related to theproject
    • Communicate and coordinate appropriateaccount details to various teams and subcontractors in a timelyfashion as per the policies and procedures to ensureclient's needs are known and dullymet
    • Respond to requests from the client in anefficient and timely manner
    • Manage the salesprocess from initial opportunity through to the securing of theclient purchase order and collection up to ensuring successfuldelivery, and after event service
    • Issueinvoices accurately and in a timelymanner
    • Collect dues in a timelymanner
    • Prepare and present periodic progressreports to Management.

    RequiredExperience & Skills:

    • Bachelordegree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relatedfield.
    • 3 years' experience inExhibition Sales in UAE.
    • Proven track record ofover achieving sales targets
    • Must have a validUAE drivinglicense.

    Skillsrequired:

    • Excellentinterpersonal skills and a positive attitude in dealing withpeople.
    • Fluency in both spoken and writtenArabic and English.
    • Absolute understanding ofthe sales process
    • Strong understanding of thecontent of each exhibition
    • Committed toteamwork and account results
