- Business Development: Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and other financial institutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the companies products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the financial markets and trading technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivate
- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
