Description

• Attend to all inquiries fromstudents, parents, and staff received by phone, email, walk-incustomers and/or online meetings.
• Provideguidance to the students and parents on the requirements/procedures/ forms required to apply/ maintain a grant/scholarship.
• Collect, evaluate, analyze andprocess all grants/ scholarships applicationsreceived.
• Review applications for accuracy andtruthfulness.
• Counsel students on all mattersrelated to grants/scholarships.
• Input allawards on Banner after checking foraccuracy.
• Responsible for issuing all types ofletters to students i.e., offer letters, rejection letters, renewalletters, etc.
• Create and maintain files for allstudents receiving a grant/ scholarship.
• Ensureall office equipment are in workingcondition.
• Schedule appropriate repairs ormaintenance work, etc., if required.
• Liaisewith various departments such as supply chain management forprocessing requests for office supplies, furniture, and officeequipment, printing of all leaflets, meal plan vouchers, or anyother printing requirements, and coordination with IT forIT-related requirements for onlineforms.
• Prepare statistical reports and anyother reports.
• Assist the students with courseand university withdrawals by signing the form and providingguidance.
• Liaise with various departments (suchas IT, Finance, Student Affairs etc.) to ensure proper process andprotocol is followed & student workers' salariesare charged from the relevantbudget.
