    Pour un client situ Marseille, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) support N2-N3, ayant de l exp rience dans le monde Microsoft et Azure.

    - Participer aux activit s de maintenance corrective et pr ventive
    - Identifier les causes d anomalies et probl mes remont s par les utilisateurs, proposer des solutions, mettre en place un correctif en valuant les ventuels effets secondaires
    - Participation au d veloppement d volutions et d am liorations, sur l application elle-m me ou sur les outils d exploitation qui l accompagnent
    - Vous pourrez tre amen devoir parcourir le code source pour confirmer un diagnostic ou identifier la cause d une anomalie, sur l ensemble de l application (base de donn es, back end, front end, batchs )
    - Participer la mise jour des connaissances dans le cadre de la maintenance : documentation de l application, documentation des tapes de r solution d anomalies r currentes
    - Participer au respect des niveaux de services attendus (SLAs), en respectant les consignes sur la priorisation et le traitement des tickets

    L environnement technique est compos essentiellement de technologies Microsoft (.NET / C# + VB.NET), avec un client web et un client lourd, une base de donn es Oracle.
    Vous travaillerez essentiellement sur le site du client, dans la ville de Marseille, en troite collaboration avec les quipes du client.

    Profil recherch

    Dipl m (e) ing nieur(e) ou quivalent, vous avez 4 ann es d exp rience dans la maintenance corrective et volutive d applications. Cette exp rience vous a conduit id alement respecter des niveaux de service (SLA) et utiliser un outil de gestion de ticket (Service Now, Azure DevOps).
    Vous avez le sens du service et tes int ress (e) par la d couverte du m tier client. Vous avez une exp rience dans la collaboration avec les repr sentants du m tier.
    Vous avez un fort int r t pour les aspects techniques, et votre exp rience s tend du back end (SQL id alement Oracle, .NET / C#) au front end (client lourd, Angular). Votre exp rience technique se situe essentiellement dans le monde Microsoft, mais vous restez ouvert(e) aux technologies non Microsoft. Id alement, vous avez une exp rience Azure.
    Vous aimez travailler en quipe tout en tant autonome.
    Un bon niveau danglais l crit comme loral est indispensable.
