- Createand update Sales Invoices and Product Pricing Sheets for AccountManagers as per their request
- Liaison betweenour corporate function and the client for the coordination ofpayment logistical documentation banking information and aftersales service requirements
- Maintain Statementof Account for clients and manage A/Rreconciliation
- Proactively identifyopportunities to improve sales and maximize fulfillment rates forAccount Managers
- Attend to all administrativeduties as indicated by seniormanagement
- Service as Office Manager forexecutive administrative support. Coordinate senior managementcoverage and calendars.
- Facilitate internal andexternal meetings; including confirming agenda logistics followupsetc
- Handling executive travelplans
