    Roleconsists of providing administrative and sales support todesignated account managers within our organization. You will alsoserve as our Office Manager of executive administrative support.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Createand update Sales Invoices and Product Pricing Sheets for AccountManagers as per their request
    • Liaison betweenour corporate function and the client for the coordination ofpayment logistical documentation banking information and aftersales service requirements
    • Maintain Statementof Account for clients and manage A/Rreconciliation
    • Proactively identifyopportunities to improve sales and maximize fulfillment rates forAccount Managers
    • Attend to all administrativeduties as indicated by seniormanagement
    • Service as Office Manager forexecutive administrative support. Coordinate senior managementcoverage and calendars.
    • Facilitate internal andexternal meetings; including confirming agenda logistics followupsetc
    • Handling executive travelplans
    • Preparing expensereports
    • Perform special projects to support thebroader teams asnecessary
