Planning:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support senior management in developing and refining the organization's Vision, Mission, and Strategy to ensure alignment with excellence frameworks.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Define the business excellence program in line with corporate objectives and strategic plans.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Establish a robust Business Management System (BMS) covering strategy, performance, and operational practices across all domains.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement a Corporate Performance Management System (PMS) to track and align strategic, tactical, and operational performance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead the development of policies and procedures with effective controls to maintain high -quality service and product delivery.<\/span>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Deploy the most suitable excellence program throughout the organization.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct assessments to evaluate business processes and domain -specific management systems for compliance.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement quality measures and reporting methods using models like Six Sigma, Lean Management, and Kaizen.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Research and recommend continuous improvement initiatives based on standards like Quality Management and the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Model.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage organizational changes through workshops and ensure the successful integration of excellence practices.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct primary and secondary market research to keep stakeholders informed about industry trends and market dynamics.<\/span>

·<\/span>      <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare monthly reports detailing self -assessment results, IMS (Integrated Management Systems) compliance, change management initiatives, knowledge management, competency levels, market research insights, and performance metrics.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Any Nationality
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of 5 years of experience in business excellence, performance management, or process improvement.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong understanding of excellence frameworks like Six Sigma, Lean Management, Kaizen, and EFQM.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in performance management systems and data analysis tools.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in sustainability and familiarity with corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices.
