    JobDescription:

    Therole of a Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.) is to carry out all theactivities for the official collection and submission of governmentapplications as well as the processing of a variety of legaldocumentspromptly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparationand delivery of the necessary visas and residency permit extractionand renewal of passports with the administration and the offices ofLabor and others concerningthat.
    • Knowledge of new and renewalof labor contracts and labor cards License renewal and all relatedprocedures of the companies in DED Directorate of Residence andForeign Affairs Dubai Courts and GDRFA services (typing visa changestatus stamping )
    • Experience intyping and assistance with Medical & Emirates ID insurancepolice good conductcertificate
    • Preparation and followuprequest visas for employees of the Company or clients of thecompany
    • Management and followupelectronically and in practice about the Internet pages LabourOffice ranges passports and other residents concerning the companywork.
    • Makes sure all business andtrade Licenses are updated follow official approvals and permits toprevent unnecessaryviolations.
    • Handing share transferschange of company officeholders and amendments to MOAs change ofcompany name change of license activity and so on Arranginglicenses and liaising with Governmententities.

    Requirements

    • 5years experience and of strong background in the U.A.E. Labour& immigration law.
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills including the ability to effectivelycommunicate with Governmental Authorities and externalparties
    • Good computer proficiency(MS Office Word Excel and Outlook) Excellent computer skills and ITknowledge of all Government official smart apps edirham egovernmentapplications and other Electronic FundsTransfer.
    • Must be able to work underpressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitudeand providing exemplary teamservice
    • Ability to workindependently and to carry out assignments to completion withinparameters of instructions given prescribed routines and standardaccepted practices
    • Strong andexcellent in both English & Arabic Language and typingskills are considered as aplus.
