    <\/span><\/p>

    We are looking for a <\/span>UAE -based Sales Manager<\/span><\/b> to drive new
    customer acquisition across <\/span>
    Mid & Enterprise Market <\/span><\/b>in the GCC. This is a <\/span>full -cycle sales role<\/span><\/b> focused on
    outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and closing new business.<\/span><\/span>

    Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p>

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB
    & Mid -Market accounts: <\/span>prospecting → discovery → proposal →
    negotiation → closing<\/span><\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build and manage a strong
    pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, partner leads, and market
    engagement<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Run discovery meetings with key
    decision makers (HR, People, Rewards, Wellbeing & leadership) and
    identify customer needs<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Position the solution with a
    consultative approach and communicate value clearly<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare proposals and commercial
    offers aligned with customer needs and internal strategy<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Negotiate terms and close new
    business, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding teams<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain a structured sales
    process with strong CRM hygiene (pipeline stages, next steps, forecasting)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Work closely with Marketing and
    Customer Success to improve conversion rates and customer handover quality<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Track market insights and
    competitor trends to improve messaging and win rate<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer on larger opportunities when required<\/span><\/span>

  • High conversion rate across the
    funnel (meeting → proposal → close)<\/span><\/span>

    onboarding without losing momentum<\/span><\/span>

  • Becoming a trusted partner to
    customers through smart, value -based selling<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>


    <\/span><\/p>

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>, ideally in SaaS or tech -enabled
    solutions<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Proven success selling into <\/span>Mid -Market & Enterprise segments<\/span><\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong prospecting skills:
    outbound reach, follow -ups, and pipeline generation<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Confidence in leading discovery
    calls, handling objections, and negotiating<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to work with multiple
    stakeholders and drive deals forward<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Structured, KPI -driven way of
    working (CRM discipline, forecasting, reporting)<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Strong communication and
    presentation skills<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Comfortable working in a
    fast -paced environment with high ownership<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Based in UAE and able to cover
    GCC markets<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to communicate fluently
    in English ( Arabic knowledge is a huge plus)<\/span><\/span>
