    Description

    The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring
    and managing small -to -medium business (SMB) clients through direct,
    door -to -door sales efforts. This role involves generating leads, closing sales,
    and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth in the
    telecom sector.

    Development:<\/b> <\/span>
    <\/p>

    §  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify
    and target SMB customers for telecom services through door -to -door sales.
    <\/p>

     <\/span><\/span>§  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Present
    and promote telecom products and services, in selling GSM
    connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).
    <\/p>

    §  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct
    product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to potential
    customers.
    <\/p>

    <\/span> Lead Generation &
    Pipeline Management:<\/b> <\/span>
    <\/p>

    §  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prospect
    new business opportunities and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.
    <\/p>

    §  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow
    up with leads, schedule appointments, and conduct face -to -face meetings.
    <\/p>

    §  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Utilize
    CRM tools to track sales progress and update customer information. <\/span>

    and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers to ensure satisfaction and
    retention.

    after -sales support, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

    as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and offering tailored

    closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and
    technical support.

    and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Education & Experience:<\/b> <\/span>
    <\/p>

    §  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's
    degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    <\/p>

    §  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>3+
    years of B2B or SMB sales experience, preferably in telecom or related
    industries.
    <\/p>

    §  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven
    track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
