Duties&Responsibilities

Function as thecoordination point between Business Units and Technical teams tocapture requirements based on changes or enhancements to the clientTax system.

Drive awarenessof requirements across business units and identify substandardsystems processes through evaluation of realtime data.

Perform evaluateand communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage ofsystems development.

Determine anddevelop user requirements for systems in production to ensuremaximum usability.

Partner withstakeholders across business units to develop analyses anddocumentation in a collaborative way communicating effectively andefficiently with managerial and executive teams.

Evaluate analyzeand communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis andmaintain systems processes including the delivery of relevantstatus reports to all appropriate parties.

Author andupdate internal and external documentation and formally initiateand deliver requirements and documentation.

Developmeaningful and lasting relationships withstakeholders for optimized systems integration and respond toquestions and concerns from managers and executives with supportingresearch andrecommendations.

EducationalQualifications andCertifications

Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) ininformation technology or computerscience

58 years of experience in analytics andsystemsdevelopment
