    RTC- Employment Services background
    Description

    As aRestaurant General Manager, you will be responsible forestablishing and achieving the goals set by the company whileexerting all effort to maximize guest satisfaction. You will havethe overall responsibility of running the operation of therestaurant which includes driving sales through a top of the linemarketing approach and excellentoperation.

    RestaurantManagers also need to control profit and loss through comprehensivebusiness analysis for the betterment of the entire company. Alsoincluded in the job description is the training and development ormanagement team to ensure that all company standards are beingimplemented andupheld.

    1. BuildSales thru great guest service and perfect qualityproduct
    2. Ensurean effective work schedule, designed to build sales thru projectingthe business as needed, Schedule written by 5pm on Friday andposted Monday by 5pm eachweek
    3. Worklunch and dinner through a 55 hour work week during peak salesperiods
    4. Responsiblefor the safety and security of all employees andcustomers
    5. Attainthe restaurant s Annual OperatingPlan
    6. Ensureconsistent delivery of safe food on everyshift
    7. Ensureconsistent execution of Systems to maintain a clean, organizedrestaurant
    8. Purchasefood, beverages and supplies as needed and oversee theirpreparation to insure that every product served meets our highstandards of productquality
    9. Maintainhigh standards by operating in accordance with establishedperformance, profits and operating standards as outlined in theOSM
    10. UseLearning Hub training effectively to hire, retain, develop a benchof A players and prepare team members and managers for growthopportunities
    11. Demonstrategood working knowledge of all equipment, and assume responsibilityfor preventive maintenance of arestaurant
    12. Ensureall marketing plans are executed on time and accurately to buildrepeat customer visits, including approved Local StoreMarketing
    13. Provideleadership by engendering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mentalattitude and commitment toward Companyobjectives
    14. Responsiblefor training all employees on general cash control systems andgeneral credit card security and maintaining a secure restaurantenvironment for credit carddata
    15. Responsiblefor administrative requirements and execution of all proceduralguidelines
