• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and document
  control<\/span>

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and
  trackers<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Experience with procurement and finance systems (e.g., Ariba) or
  willingness to learn<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, track status, and follow up
  consistently across teams<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Working knowledge of music platforms such as Spotify and SoundCloud<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Basic understanding of music quality, suitability, and volume levels
  across different venue types<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Awareness of sound fundamentals, including volume comfort, dB levels,
  and frequency ranges<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with well -spoken English<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Confidence in escalating issues appropriately when required<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working with minimal

  Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/u><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Collect
    artist invoices and archive all supporting documents, including contracts<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Raise
    Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in Ariba with accurate invoices and contracts
    attached<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain
    payment and DJ status trackers covering PRs, contracts, invoices, and permits<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate
    with Purchasing and Finance teams to track approvals and payment status<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure
    attendance confirmations and schedules are available for Finance and Audit
    purposes<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Onboard
    new artists and suppliers into the payment system<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assist
    with day -to -day supervision of music quality across venues<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support
    basic DJ performance assessment through observations and feedback collection<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Identify
    and flag issues related to sound quality, inappropriate music selection, or
    technical problems<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate
    with AV and venue teams on basic sound -related matters<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Operate
    under the direction of entertainment leadership without responsibility for
    strategy, budgets, scheduling, or fee negotiations<\/span>
    <\/span>
