    Description

    This is a remoteposition.

    Purpose of role. Tointegrate new and existing clients with the flydocs product suitein a timely and efficient manner. To ensure client satisfactionduring their onboarding experience and introducing them to flydocsto become system relevant and ensure client retention.

    Team: CustomerExperience (previously known as Product Support and Training)

    Workarrangement:

    Because we are moreinterested in what you bring to our team than where you arelocated, you can work from anywhere in India. You will beencouraged to regularly join us at a hub or satellite tocollaborate and partner with other members of the team wherepossible.

    How do you get to contributeto the business?

    This role is key to the set up,testing and client acceptance of the flydocs platform duringonboarding of new clients or existing clients expanding theirintegration with flydocs.


    The key contributionsare below:

    Softwareconfiguration and bespoke set up for our clients

    Guiding clients with Network / ITIntegration including methods of document upload

    M&E collaboration forstreamlined Data feed set up

    Side bySide Client Testing and acceptance of the flydocs products to gaingo live sign off within agreed time period



    Role: Product Integration EngineerPurpose of role. To integrate new and existing clients with theflydocs product suite in a timely and efficient manner.
