    JobPurpose

    • Manage activities related toinvestment appraisals, support in business planning, fundraisingand execution, management and reporting of corporate &development funding and financial riskmanagement
    • Ensure transparency aboutAldar's capital allocation and regular reviews andevaluation of Aldar's credits to safeguardAldar's financial assets

    Roles AndResponsibilities

    InvestmentAnalysis

    • Oversee rigorousfinancial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and reviewal ofinvestment proposals by businesses lines(AM/DM)
    • Promote the adoption of a structuredapproach to all investment evaluations, generating fullytransparent information for management
    • Lead theidentification of key risk drivers of financial underwriting fromfeasibility models and commercial considerations of proposedtransactions
    • Ensure investment submissionscomply with Investment Framework policies

    Capital Allocation

    • Manage critical functions related toinvestment analysis and capitalallocation
    • Establish and periodically reviewgroup return hurdles and cost of capital
    • Makedata-driven recommendations regarding the company'sstrategic objectives, particularly on capital allocation decisionsand strategic planning
    • Perform ad-hoc creditanalysis and support in dealing with credit ratingagency
    • Establish and periodically review groupreturn hurdles and cost of capital

    Strategic CompanyInitiatives

    • Providesupport in the origination of strategic initiatives (M&A,3rd party capital raise – equity &debt)
    • Oversee the preparation of pre-ICappraisals and align them with relevantstakeholders
    • Manage the development ofInvestment Appraisals as part of the whole IC decisionprocess
    • Lead execution of live transactions,managing the transaction process, liaising with counterparties,advisors, etc
    • Consolidate the input fromvarious departments for the 5-years financial planning and assessthe quality of the planning and itsparts
    • Execute strategic company initiativeswhile supporting the team with financial planning &analysis
    • Lead the maintenance and continuousimprovement of the detailed corporate financialmodel
    • Manage the provision of financial outputsof consolidated business plan

    Qualification AndExperience

    RELATED YEAR OFEXPERIENCE:

    Min of 14+ years of experience inbig 4, or blue-chip corporate environment.

    6+years of experience in investment banking, with strong exposureto

    corporate finance, financial modelling, andinvestment analysis

    YOE IN MANAGERIALPOSITION:

    Min of 6+ years in a managerialposition.

    FIELD OFEXPERIENCE:

    Real estate or related industry ispreferred.

    Technical AndInterpersonal Skills

    Excellentanalytical skills, presentational skills, attention to detail toensure high level of accuracy

    Advancedknowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint andWord

    High level of professional and personalethical standards

    Strong communication andinterpersonal skills (verbal and written), adept at building strongrelationships andteamwork

    QUALIFICATION

    Bachelor'sdegree in finance or economics from a reputable university,Master's degree preferrable
